Salts Techstep, a part of the Salts Healthcare Group, is an established leader in the manufacture of custom-made orthoses, with a proven reputation for quality, innovation and value for money. This bespoke service compliments our vast range of quality orthoses which we supply as the sole UK distributors of Schein.

The ‘Stepahead’ range of bespoke insoles is launched. The Hardinge Bridgeport milling machine is used for the direct milling of polypropylene, alongside CAD-CAM technology to produce a high quality product to any specification.
A ‘Pacer’ is introduced to the ‘Stepahead’ factory, milling EVA and polyurethane.
Salts orthotics is rebranded as Salts Techstep.
