This information will be provided to you at a charge of £10 and will arrive within 40 days, which is compliant with the rules stated in Section 7 of the Data Protection Act.
We may require proof of identity before providing this information.
You are entitled to challenge the data we hold about you, and where appropriate, you may have the data erased, amended or completed.
For quality control and training purposes, we may monitor or record your communications with us.
